Monday
we went to kirtland with all the sisters in our zone and it was so much fun! we did all the tours and had a blast and a half
Also a lil tender mercy.. when I called my family my aunt Bea was there and my cousin Michael called! So we got to see each other over the two phones and I was so happy! It was good to see his face

Tuesday
Training visits! I stayed in Chardon this time which meant I had to lead out the area for the day and I was #shakinginmyboots
Sister Ludlow came and spent the day with me and it was so much fun! We ended up going to our friend Matilyn's choir concert and afterwards getting ice cream with sister Juker. I LOVE the Jukers so bad
Also we had a funny interaction with some little boys but typing it out won't make sense.. there's a video of us talking about it on my google photos link

Wednesday
We had district council and cried because sister ludlow dropped the bomb on us that she's leaving at the end of the transfer which is so so sad. afterwards we went to this chinese buffet thing and lowkey it was the most mid food I've ever eaten.. would not recommend
We had dinner at the Nye's! Leah and Bill Nye. Yes. Bill Nye. His name is Bill Nye. like the science guy... fun fact he was a science teacher πŸ˜‚ we had steak and it was so yummy

Thursday
I got a package and had no idea what it was and when I opened it it was REAL SALT! I missed my salt and couldn't buy it here but my parents love me and sent it to me! thanks mama and dad 🫢🏽😁
While we were knocking we kinda went in a different pattern down the street than we usually do and then knocked into this lady that was a gray dot apparently but we didn't know at the time. A gray dot is someone that used to be taught by missionaries but was dropped for some reason. We talked about her Bible study class and about God's wonderful creations on this earth and she told us we could come back so that's pretty cool.
We also found out some back story about the Duncan's... 😳 definitely gonna be more careful with that

Friday
Oh boy I still haven't processed Friday yet. We stopped by this house we knocked on a couple weeks ago and we've been in touch with Dawn! She's really cool! This time we came over and she let us in and introduced us to her husband. Apparently she read the chapter in the book of mormon that we asked her to! So we talked about the restoration and more about the book of mormon and she seemed super interested
For dinner we went to lil debi's house and her friend Sara was there! It was so much fun ahaha Debi is a character. She's my favorite. She gave us Halloween cups and little pumpkins but we forgot to take them oops
Then we went to stop by this referral from the Cleveland elders... mom just don't read this part... we walked in the dark to this apartment and couldn't find the guys door.. we knocked on the main doors and nobody answered so we knocked on a side door and it was a separate apartment, we asked the guy there and he told us to walk into the main doors and go up the stairs. So we went back to the main doors and did what he said. Well when we walked into this pitch black apartment complex it was giving haunted house.. there were holes in the walls.. we walked up the creaky stairs and knocked on the door. Nothing happened so still standing on the stairs I knocked a second time. That's when I closed my eyes and prayed because I felt like we needed some extra protection and when I opened my eyes this old man opened the door wearing only boxers and holding a gun in his hand. We told him Aaron sent us but he didn't know who Aaron was so then we just told him our purpose and he said "oh sorry if I scared you, you can come inside" we obviously declined and said we'll come back another time. We'll definitely bring a friend with us πŸ˜…
But wait there's more! We started walking back to the car and called the Cleveland elders to ask what the heck and then sister Jordan started talking to this random couple on their porch. I didn't realize at the time but they were definitely on something. We taught them The Way and put her on date to be baptized?? It was the most wild night of my life. I'm still confused.

Saturday
We took the Duncan's to the kirtland temple tour! They called us up and said they wanted to go so that's exactly what we did. We invited sister Wheatley which was perfect. After the temple they wanted to see the Joseph and Emma home so we did that tour too! At the end of the tour they told a story about Joseph the 3rd when he was 5 years old wanting to go fishing. So during the story they wanted the person closest to the age of 5 to hold and model the homemade fishing pole. Well uh that was me. I'm almost 20 years old but I was the youngest in the room..
That night lil debi came over. She literally walked into our apartment and said i dont care if it's the rules let me in. I love her so bad. She brought us our pumpkins and halloween cups that we forgot! I absolutely adore her!

Sunday
The primary program! It was so good! The kids were off pitch and one of them was belting at the top of her lungs and I couldn't hear half of them say their parts but I felt the spirit the whole time. I literally started crying for whatever reason and couldn't stop. I was thinking about my brothers and wanting to see their primary program and little did I know they were doing theirs at the same time! My mom sent me videos after not knowing I was hoping she would think of me.
We had a linger longer after church and then visited sister bottorff who gave us bussin pumpkin bread. We had dinner at the Juker's and I love them so bad. We had the most gourmet grilled cheese I've ever had in my life. Ryder if you're reading this.. ifykyk

Spiritual thought: the simple testimonies of children are the most powerful. They're bold and not self conscious. We need to be more like innocent children and be confident in our testimonies! Don't be afraid to talk about what you believe in! Don't lose that confidence.
One of my favorite songs during the primary program was Gethsemane. Go listen to it.
I know Jesus Christ loves me and took my burdens upon him and suffered my sins so that it would be possible for me to live with Him and Heavenly Father again. I'm so grateful for that and strive every day to endure to the end and continue on that path to everlasting life. LETS CROWD THE CELESTIAL KINGDOM GUYS!
