I read "Our Heartfelt All" by Elder Uchtdorf in the april 2022 general conference and i loved these quotes from it: "To sacrifice means to give something up in favor of something more valuable" "When we consecrate something...we put it to use in the Lord’s service. We dedicate it to Him and His holy purposes." "Very few of us will ever be asked to sacrifice our lives for the Savior. But we are all invited to consecrate our lives to Him." "Because of our covenant with God, He will never tire in His efforts to help us, and we will never exhaust His merciful patience with us"  when we are baptized we enter into a covenant relationship with God which binds us to Him and because of that He has a special kind of love for us and will continue to work with us and give us opportunities to change. I wanna hear it all! shoot me an email, I'd love to hear from you.  check out my google photos:  https://photos.app.goo.gl/o1Wmow78ZBW55WZd8 spiritual thought: I listened to a byu devotional by Elder Holland (my fav) called "missions are forever" he shares the story from John 21 about when Jesus asks Peter "lovest thou me?" and Peter replies 3 different times saying yes you know i love you! and Jesus says "feed my sheep"  these apostles had just had this crazy spiritual experience and afterwards Jesus was gone they didn't know what to do.. they went back to their old lives. they went fishing. Elder Holland likened that unto missionaries returning home and going back to their old ways. it happens more often than we think. but he emphasized that missions are forever and once we get home...

  oh hey i'm a little later than normal today! it's because my body wanted to sleep in apparently so.. let's see if I can remember the week  first check out my photos  https://photos.app.goo.gl/o1Wmow78ZBW55WZd8 spiritual thought: we talked about the gathering of Israel at zone conference! according to our prophet of God it's the MOST important work! we all need to work together to gather scattered Isreal and guess what! scattered Isreal hangs around gathered Isreal! so go invite your friends and family to Sacrament meeting! love! share! invite! there's people who don't have the joy of the gospel! you don't have to be a full time missionary to share it with them! everyone invite someone to church this weekend! pray and ask God who might need it a little extra right now! then act on those promptings you get. lemme know how it goes :) NOW I'll tell you about my week!
